Titanium Collection - Earrings
This jewelry features the use of titanium, a light weight and strong metal.
Because it is light, it is ideal for earrings. Titanium is
can be worn by many people who have sensitivites to other metals.
Earwires made of titanium feel very comfortable. Titanium jewelry can be cleaned occasionally
with non-ammonia cleaners
such as a mild dish detergent to maintain the vivid colors. The titanium in some of
these designs are colored by applying direct heat to the surface, creating a spectrum
of beautiful variations. Colors will vary on each jewelry piece, since the work is hand-colored with a torch.
“Wild Ginger Earrings”

“Gingkos”
These earrings are based on
gingko leaves I collect in autumn and use for inspiration. You have to admire the gingko leaf because of its unique shape. I appreciate the fact gingko trees are hardy and survive in urban areas. These are created of titanium and have titanium earwires. They are approximately 1"x 1 1/2" wide, sizable, but easy on the ear and eyes.
